Do you want to own and manage a small food-based business?

Pink pickles for traditional foods and drinks Sauerkraut, pickles, and a unique draft of sweet-tart kombucha have been some of the best-selling products in Halifax Brewery Farmers Market Co-op Since 2012. We also import organic and unpasteurized cheese from Quebec.

All branding is done. All permits and tests are done. Pink’s returning customers are loyal, with 40-50% new credit card customers every Saturday. We’ve been tracking sales with Square since 2020, and can show continued growth. This is a real opportunity to grow into multiple retail or farm markets. Common comments are “This is the best kombucha I’ve ever had,” or (back at the market stall) “This is really good!”

Pink uses certified organic and fair trade ingredients whenever possible, with products ranging from 91 to 100% organic.

Currently a very part time job for one person with great pay for hours.

We are looking for someone to take over our business. All procedures and recipes will be shared and all necessary training will be provided. Our terms are flexible. Your dining experience will be an advantage, but being tidy and detail-oriented is more important. We want to make this a success.
