The Nutingham University Research Team, Professor Sunghan Ryu, is seeking to obtain post -PhD research colleague to join the post -PhD in Business Administration to develop the Chinese Nottingham University Research agenda.
Your responsibility
It includes your main responsibilities:
- To formulate and express research objectives, in addition to developing proposals for both individual and cooperative projects, using methodologies and technologies in force to implement research effectively within the specified area;
- To accurately analyze data, interpret the results, evaluate scientific texts, and contribute to innovative visions, while adhering to final dates and cooperating smoothly with team members and partners;
- To write research work for publication and/or contribute to the publication of national/international conferences, which leads to successful research outputs;
- To determine opportunities and help to write bids for research grant applications;
- To build relationships with internal and external contacts in order to exchange information, to form relationships for future cooperation and identify potential sources of funds and/or cooperation opportunities.
About you
- The candidate must have a doctorate degree within 3 years and in the fields of management, information systems, organizational behavior, entrepreneurship, marketing, and economics;
- Excellent oral communication skills in English, including the ability to communicate with clarity on complex information. Excellent communication skills in Chinese plus.
- The high analytical ability to analyze data and shed light on it, interpret reports, evaluate and criticize texts and bring new visions.
- The ability to apply the relevant research approach creatively, models, techniques and methods.
- The ability to evaluate and organize resource requirements effectively.
- The ability to build relationships and cooperation with others, internally and externally.
- Some practical experience in applying specialized skills, curricula and techniques required for this role.

His research works appeared in the higher academic magazines, including Mis Quarterly, Marketing Magazine, New Media and Society, and Harvard Business Review. Huimin Song (CI) Professor of Practice in Accounting and Director of the Nottingham Case Innovation Center (NXIC) at the University of Nottingham Ninjo China. With a doctorate in the field of finance and qualification, the Administrative Coordination Committee brings more than 18 years of experience in industry, including roles in BNY Mellon, Moore Global and Alibaba B2B, specialized in investment banking services, integration, acquisition, and financial management. Since 2016, I studied at UNNC and led the MSC Finance and Investment Program (Vocational Accounting). Its experience extends academic circles, financing companies, and international consulting. around project. This research is looking at how AI (GEN AI) is looking for creativity and innovation in the field of entrepreneurship. While the creative influence of Gen AI is in structured environments, its role in entrepreneurship – where the grandmother and mystery dominates – does not ignore. The study examines how entrepreneurs use the early stages to discover opportunities, thinking, develop a business model, and how it affects their creative self -effectiveness, originality and thinking. The results will contribute to the theory by redefining creativity as a human cooperative process, and providing practical guidelines for project designers and artificial intelligence designers. At the level of politics, innovation support and moral intelligence support programs will reach.
Your wages, benefits, and support
A specific contract will be shown in the initial term with the University of Nottingham Ninjo, China for two years with monitoring of two months. An annual salary package will be offered at least 269,906 with competitive advantages package. Post -PhD research colleague is also able to apply RMB50,000 research financing after starting your search.
