We’re looking for a full-stack, product-focused engineer to help design, build, and scale new features that directly impact customer growth and success. This role combines strong engineering execution and product thinking – you’ll collaborate closely with the design, product, and growth teams to deliver high-quality experiences that drive the business forward.

What will you do?

• Develop and ship new product features via frontend and backend (Rails + React). Collaborate with product and design to shape user experiences and make trade-offs in scope.
• Quickly measure and iterate user behavior based on analytics and customer feedback.
• Partner with growth and business teams to improve activation, retention and conversion.
• Balancing technical execution and product priorities to efficiently deliver results.
• Maintain clean, scalable code and contribute to technical decisions.
