Senior Manager – Customer Education and Empowerment

This leader will be honored Weser UniversityExpanding our customer community, accelerating the use of AI in enabling our customers, and driving internal product learning for customer-facing teams. It’s all about enabling our customers, employees and partners to achieve maximum success with Visier through outside insight into what could be the most important learning.
You will be responsible for leading a high-impact team that includes training resources, as well as a community of content creators spanning our product, engineering, technical support, and other functions.
What will you do?
- Translate business strategy and customer trends into a plan to enable people to use and enjoy Visier. This includes helping people understand what it does, what it can do, and how to get things done using our software.
- Build and lead a high-performance team across instructional design, communications, community management, and internal empowerment.
- Build a strategy that goes beyond traditional “take a course” learning. You will lead the empowerment of partners, customers and employees, so they can effectively use our software and build on our platform.
- Understand our audiences and incorporate the need to engage with a wide range of audiences – using our learning resources and communications challenges to meet their needs where they are.
- Partner with other parts of Visier, including marketing, product, partnerships, and customer success.
- Achieve measurable learning outcomes that can be linked to customer retention, adoption, partner success and other key performance indicators.
- Set the editorial and experiential tone for how people engage with Visier University and other training and empowerment materials.
- Work across Visier to ensure we deliver a unified enablement experience that enhances and integrates technical content, sales content, knowledge articles, and other materials produced across our organization.
- Design and manage an enablement and learning architecture that supports both external users (customers and partners) and internal teams (customer, service, support and partner success managers) across the entire learning journey.
- As a visual Ambassador of learning and empowermentrepresents Visier at client events, webinars and executive briefings.
- Build and lead a high-performance team across instructional design, communications, community management, and internal empowerment.
What will you bring to the table?
- Extensive experience in customer enablement, education, or revenue enablement in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven success in designing and scaling internal and external learning programs linked to product adoption, team performance, and customer results
- Proven track record of building rapid learning and enablement content and functionality
- Know-how to apply AI to create and consume learning and empowerment
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of cross-functional impact
- Comfortable translating abstract strategy into clear learning solutions and measurable goals.
- An executive presence with outstanding communication skills – able to engage clients, executives and cross-functional teams alike
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS), instructional design tools, and community platforms
- Familiarity with people analytics, HRTech or SaaS data platforms is a strong plus

The base pay range for this position in the US and Canada region is $140,000 – $220,000 per year + bonus.
The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as qualifications, experience, relevant knowledge and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonuses, etc.) which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for this role.
