Job title: MANCEEST appoints a large photo editor with an expertise at the agency to join our team. The main responsibility of the main photo editor is to drive and manage all photo buds for multiple publications throughout the year. With more than 120 buds dedicated annually, the large photo editor should be brilliantly, elegant and self -reliance. The responsibilities include the management of different customer budgets with the expectation of upcoming projects in the budget and on time, which facilitates all bills related to photo buds, and the management of production contracts, talent/use and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite applications. This role plays a major role in improving operational operations for more efficiency. The annual salary range of this floor ranges from 85 thousand dollars-100 thousand dollars from the basic wage, with the exception of any rewards or benefits, and the basic wage offered will be determined on the basis of each case separately based on experience, skills, training, certificates, education, etc., and will be informed of market data. This role (hybrid) can be based in our office in Chicago, and it is reported to SVP, the head of production.

Responsibilities:

• Standing and supervising more than 120 custom photos, highlighting annually to support six quarterly publications and allocated content.

• Cooperation with internal arts, editing, arithmetic and project management teams to meet all customer needs related to pictures and ensure appropriate approvals.

• Cooperation with customer clients to prepare custom photo buds; Determine the shooting sites and logistics services.

• Determining, recruiting and managing independent photographers.

• Guidance and production of photo buds, including casting, stent design, site scout, and logistical services; Developing production schedules to meet the deadlines.

• Research and purchase shares and photography, the director of rights and illustrations; Management of licensing, purchase and pricing negotiations.

• Supervising multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to the final dates and budget restrictions.

• Administration of photo budgets and seller relationships; Negotiations on contracts and review bills.

• Ensure that all visual images – including pictures and illustrations – support the consistency of the brand and compliance with copyright laws.

• An accidental travel may be needed based on the customer’s needs.

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with a variety of photographers, studios, artists and professionals in the industry.

• Cooperating closely with the editors and creative teams to exchange ideas and stadium and implement the concepts of telling innovative visual stories.

• Contribute to the scale for new commercial and organic growth initiatives.

Job requirements:

• More than 10 years experience as a photo editor in the required ads/marketing agencies.

• Verbal and strong written communication.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.

• Maher in setting priorities and managing multiple responsibilities in a fast -paced environment.

• Deep search and treatment skills (with agencies, individual shareholders, archives, libraries, and social media) have proven.

• Focus on leading business results and improving operations.

• It justifies in: Adobe Creative Cloud, with advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, keyword and relevant presentation tools.

• Master in Microsoft Office.

• It may require customer travel.

• Hybrid: 3 days a week in the office.

• Bachelor’s degree or the required professional experience required.

• A wallet of productive work is strong.
