Job responsibilities:

- Develop a road map for products that are compatible with the company’s strategic goals and provide timely and effectively improvements.

- Communication with lawyers and business leaders to keep them in view of the decisions and delivery the benefits of the basis and their impact on business results.
- Communicate with technical resources to solve technical problems, develop integration and manage data imports, to provide users with accurate and implementable data.
- Coordination with KM, BD and IT employees in its implementation of operations related to capturing and maintenance of experience information, including MATTER, Client and People Perfils.
- Coordination with KM and BD and IT employees in their development of procedures and rules to maintain appropriate governance for the platform and high -quality data.
- Establishing and facilitating education, training and adoption programs.
- Product and Communications Correspondence Management to increase product accreditation through cases of use.
