We are looking for experienced people Program manager To add the structure and momentum to our Web3 initiatives while embracing the strength of artificial intelligence to pay efficiency and innovation.

This role will be the central axis for planning, tracking and implementing projects via product, web3 and marketing. It will not only guarantee the implementation of initiatives smoothly, but will also support emerging artificial intelligence tools and workflow that makes the entire team more productive.

All the responsibilities that we will trust:

• You will coordinate the planning and implementation of web3 initiatives via product, marketing and partnerships.
• Strategic goals will be translated into road maps, main landmarks and clear deliveries with accountability frameworks.
• Coordination between jobs, dependence, risks and obstacles will be easily facilitated and solved.
• It will lead to the implementation of market launch operations, including NFTS, premium code systems and ecosystem partnerships.
• It will provide transparent reports and communication of leadership and stakeholders, ensuring compatibility between jobs.
• It will monitor the directions of the web3 industry and artificial intelligence, and translate it into implementable opportunities for the company.

What will you bring to the team:

• A strong understanding of web3 technologies, symbolic economies, NFTS and decentralized societies.
• 3-5 years of previous experience, perfectly in the field of games, web3 or emerging technology.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with mastery of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence and others.
• The enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and practical experience in productivity that depends on artificial intelligence or project tools.
• The ability to provide, test and expand artificial intelligence tools and operations that improve team efficiency and hand over the project.
• Excellent communication skills for cooperation via product, engineering, marketing and external partners.
• A proactive, organized and directed mentality towards solutions to advance implementation in a fast -moving environment.
