Summary of the job:

the Product Management Director – Software and Services It is a strategic leadership role responsible for identifying and implementing software vision and services for Airlink’s business. This commander will be responsible for forming the product strategy and road map across the stack to the edge to the cloud, including built -in operating systems, hardware management and network platforms, user interfaces, AI/Analytics, and repeated service offers.

This is a highly influential position within a rapidly developed work, charged with speeding up the distinction led by software, enhancing the user experience, and marketing high -value services. The role extends to the ownership of the technical statute, the design centered around customers, and the creation of the business model-all to support the contribution of growth in the repeated Semtech revenues and the value of the long-term institution.

Responsibilities:

Vision and strategy

Select and develop the long -term product vision of Airlink programs and services. The hero of the unit, safe, and developed software structure through the compact, local, and cloud environments. Pushing the shift towards a unified platform experience and the frequent revenue model.

Portfolio and driving road map

Owned the life cycle of the product via Oirlink OS, RALMS, AM/AMM and APIS and value -added services. The product priorities are identified for customer results, the return on investment, and technical feasibility. Road map governance and multi -function alignment.

Marketing and repeated revenues

Development and improvement of pricing, packaging and subscription models. Marketing services that enhance the value of the customer and expand the revenues of age. Monitor the SAAS key and service performance standards.

User experience and the integrity of the basic system

The invitation to the intuition -based intuitive experiences through the full user trip. Empowering smoothness on the plane, publishing, and management of customers and partners. Partner with UX, Engineering and GTM teams to provide a unified programming experience via devices and platforms.

Leadership of the team and the stakeholders

Leadership and teacher of a growing team of product managers. Promote a culture of accountability, curiosity and excellence. Supporting the primary product in multi -functional initiatives, partner programs, and executive communications.

Minimum qualifications:

• More than 10 years of product management experience, cloud, or Internet of Things.
• More than 5 years in a major leadership role or exit level, preferably in networks, edge computing or hardware management.
• Success in expanding the scope of software platforms and services in the B2B or Enterprise environment.
• Experience with integrated Linux systems, original cloud structure, and Saas processes.
• The ability to pay multi -functional implementation has proven and influencing the executive levels.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, focusing on measuring and customer value.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master in Computer Science, Engineering, or Related Discipline.
• Master of Business Administration prefers
• Experience in work with the edge of containers, or OpenWrt/YOCTO, or secure open source work frames.
• Understand federal or industrial environments or transportation technology.
• Infintering with remote measurement, network analyzes, or artificial intelligence/ml on the edge.
