With $1 billion under management, Re7 looks to expand its in-house revenue expertise by expanding our dedicated resources focused on vault innovation. Re7 is looking for a financial professional with a background in automated trading and deep knowledge of DeFi.

The role

This role can shape the direction of the Re7 product portfolio and will be supported by a cohesive team of on-chain productivity specialists. The ideal candidate combines strong independence to identify opportunities with excellent teamwork for calculated and effective execution.

Responsibilities

Experience the bunker strategy

• Conduct due diligence and coordinate with teammates to suggest new production strategies
• Examine and improve the performance of current strategies
• Conduct an in-depth risk analysis for a specific technical group of safes
• Identify and utilize existing infrastructure to implement safes
• Coordinate with the business and market development team to facilitate successful launches

Automated trading and rebalancing

• Create scripts to automate trading processes such as opening, managing and closing positions
• Automate rebalancing of complex situations
• Build or use existing monitoring tools and indicators to manage strategies

World-class team collaboration

• You have an understanding of hardiness and how to work with technical team members to implement bunker strategies
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to leverage partnerships, attract users, and form new relationships
• Support team members with feedback and analysis on relative work within the wider Re7 organization

requirements

• More than 3 years of experience related to quantitative analysis and programming
• Experience with Morpho, Euler, and other vault infrastructure providers
• Passionate about innovation in emerging cross-chain finance
• He is proficient in typing and typing
• – Proven ability to implement and manage automated financial strategies
• Risk management and careful security practices
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, distributed environment
• Willing to travel off-site occasionally for personal planning
