Full -time (1 FTE, 35 hours per week), a fixed period of 2 years

Salary scale: 52,074 pounds sterling – 58,611 pounds annually

Royal Conservatoire in Scotland is a global center for excellence in teaching theatrical arts, and includes music, films, performance, dance, production, education and research. Your contribution to this new role as a business partner in the field of human resources (employee relations) will play an important role in ensuring that our society continues to prosper despite the positive personal relationships and our commitment to support our institutional values ​​- creative courage, mercy, constructive challenge, curiosity, crafts, talent, and society.

This is a difficult and difficult role, but it is also incredible. You will work with employees and students from all over the musician and will be immersed in the events of our departments – we are a small institution, so you will get to know people quickly. Your advice, directives, decision -making will be estimated and dependent, and your inputs in the effect of change will be very important for our success.

As an institutional expert in employee relationships, the role is often immersed in cases. It will determine opportunities to advance institutional change by developing and delivering training, building relations and changing politics in the field of employee relations and legal compliance.
