The Chime growth engineering team focuses on building products experiences that directly move business standards and help millions of people make financial progress. As a growth engineer, it will work across the stack to create features that drive the growth of organs in Chime. You will be closely cooperated with the product, design, data science, marketing and analyzes for the experiment quickly, paymentable results, and effect solutions. The basic salary offered for this role and the level of experience will start from 125,640 dollars and up to $ 21,8100. In this role, you can expect it

• Building and expanding the scope of background services and the application programming interface that supports consumer products that focus on harmonious growth
• Cooperation between mobile phone difference, products, design and data sciences and marketing to determine organ pain and opportunities
• Quickly preliminary models and launch A/B tests, and repeat ideas that improve activation, transfer and participation
• Feature performance analysis after launch to inform future repetitions and growth strategies

To flourish in this role, you have

• 5+ years of experience in building developmentable programs in production environments
• Fixed experience with Ruby on Rails, Golag or similar background frameworks
• Experience of designing application programming facades and working with transactions databases and temporary storage systems
• The comfort of work through stack and passion to learn new technologies
• Product mentality with a strong bias towards experimenting, repetition and measuring the effect
• Exposure to large -scale architectural patterns and estimate a clean code that can be maintained
• Cooperative spirit and strong communication skills, with experience through job work
