Summary of the job:

BB & N is looking for a first dynamic and strategic development official / a campaign manager to transfer our comprehensive campaign to its general stage, while maintaining a main gift portfolio and managing a large gift team. This double -title role requires a mixture of high -level individual donations and strategic project management. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for an experienced development professional that excels in the strategy, leading the team and collecting donations in the front lines – a decisive transformation role to form the future direction of our progressive office.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

The main positions of this position include, but not limited to, the following:

• Strategic planning leadership and implementation of the general stage of the campaign in cooperation with the chief officials of progress, consultants and volunteer committees.

• Developing and implementing communication, participation and petition strategies to expand the scope and impact of the campaign.

• Supervising the campaign’s timetable and features and preparing reports to ensure continued momentum and accountability.

• Keep a group of donors and potential with the ability to give great gifts to the campaign.

• Development and implementation of agricultural, petition and supervision strategies.

• Supervising a team of 4 main gift officials and supporting them to ensure strong performance and professional development.

• Set and monitor the individual and collective goals compatible with the campaign standards.

• Promote a culture of cooperation, accountability and excellence within the main gift team.

At least 7 years of progressive experience in collecting donations, with a strong focus on major gifts. The ideal candidate will have proven successful in managing capital or comprehensive campaigns, including experience in developing and implementing the general stage strategy. In addition, the ideal candidate will explain the following:

• The ability to secure and close gifts that range between $ 100,000 and 1,000,000 dollars. Experience in supporting high -level volunteer committees.

• Strong driving experience and team management.

• Skills of dealing with others with the talent of developing relationships and establishing long -term relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• The ability to think strategically, work independently and deal with multiple priorities professionally and efficiently.

• The skill is to clarify the complex organizational priorities in a clear, brief and convincing state to support the potential donors.

• Knowing CRM systems and the ability to make decisions enlightened data.

• The ability to collect and share the status reports of the campaign management briefly.
