Main responsibilities:

Receive, examine, store the goods and materials received.

Maintaining accurate inventory records using stock management programs.

Issuing materials and supplies to the various departments as required.

Monitor the levels of stocks and orders to renew the inventory when needed.

Conducting regular stock audits and reporting contradictions.

Maintaining hygiene, safety and organization in the store/warehouse.

Coordination with suppliers, sellers and internal departments.

Prepare reports on stock movement, use and deficiency.
