The Data Ecosystem team is responsible for aligning product and data behavior across our products.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and technical Senior Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our data ecosystem services and capabilities.

This role can be performed from one of our Canadian offices in a hybrid location twice a week or remotely from Canada or the US. Some exclusions may apply.

What you will work on:

As a Senior Product Manager on the Data Ecosystem team at CLIO, you will own the strategy and execution for how we unify and connect our multi-product experiences.

Strategic Product Leadership:

  • Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the data ecosystem, aligning with CLIO’s overall business goals and customer needs.
  • DEPTH AND WERDENT: You’ll need to understand our customers’ needs across the entire CLIO product range, and then think deeply about how to best solve these problems.
  • Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, designers and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality changes to the product.

Product development and life cycle management:

  • Overseeing the entire product life cycle from ideation to launch.
  • Use data and customer insights to track key metrics and performance indicators, and identify opportunities for product improvement and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder engagement:

  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including customers and other CLIO product teams, to gather insights, feedback and requirements that inform product development and improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, ensuring cross-departmental alignment and effective communication of product goals and milestones.

Your experience:

  • Over 4 years of experience in product management roles in the technology industry, with a proven track record of managing and enhancing complex software products or platforms.
  • Experience building technical products
  • Strong business and focus metrics.
  • Experience conducting user research, collecting feedback, and using data to inform product decisions that enhance the user experience.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across product, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others and drive product initiatives forward.

The full salary range* for this role is $137,500 to $161,800 to $186,100. Additionally, benefit offerings may vary depending on the employee’s location.

*We aim to hire all candidates between the low end and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate consistent high performance and impact at CLIO. The final offer amount for this role depends on the individual experience and skills of the candidate. Please note that there is a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on the local currency.
