It will bring the passion and motivation to listen to those who have experience in care, and to build on what we know is that it concerns children, youth, families, workforce and sponsorship providers, through our exciting partnership with local and national partners.

It will contribute to the development of work methods that enable the workforce and care providers to build strong relationships, deep care and define the priorities of the needs of young people who move to adulthood, as well as those who are taken care of in caring for kinship and in custody. It will work closely with the Scottish government and colleagues in the sector to support improvement and achieve the aspirations of the promise. You will support the development of partnership and network groups such as practice societies to share evidence and best practices, deal with complex problems and find solutions to them to support the changes that we all want to see. It will be essential in our participation with the main partners in these areas of politics, including work along with colleagues in local authorities, independent care providers, Scottish government and other partner organizations. It will be crucial in developing system change initiatives and practices related to improving children’s experiences, families and care providers, as well as with regard to the luxury of colleagues in the workforce.

The role suits the candidates who have strong knowledge of current social work / social care, the needs of young people who move to adulthood, kinship care, nursery care, child development, and child care. It will also be suitable for candidates who understand and have experience working with complexity, support and leadership of change projects and programs, and real joint production.

Are you skilled in supporting change and improvement? Can you clarify how your work depends on experience and knowledge in the implementation policy mode? Have you done this using the best evidence, and build on the opinions of living experience? Do you have experience in facilitating and supporting the learning of others?
