Who are you?

We are looking for a Father designer producer Which flourishes in the B2B field, where the complexity is the rule and the effect comes from making difficult things simple. This role revolves around enabling users – and giving them the ability to form, form and develop their work paths and frameworks on the movement. You will cooperate with the product and engineering to design intuitive, flexible, organized and adaptive systems.

What will you do?

• Driving the comprehensive product design process: search – thinking – preliminary models – test – repetition.

• Translate the heavy and multiple workflow into intuitive and exemplary experiences.

• Design frameworks and reaction models that allow users to create, modify and customize workforce based on their own requirements.

• Do a profound search for the user (interviews, drawing journey maps, and usage studies) to detect real needs and verify solutions.

• It is closely cooperated with project managers and engineers to determine the range, setting the priorities of the bodies and ensuring feasibility.

• Build and expand the domain of the design system that supports the flexible development of the product.

• The call to the design that focuses on the user throughout the company, and ensure that every decision on the product is based on the user’s results.
