Duties:


Project transmission:


* Providing advice and practical guidance for the project teams to ensure the smooth transition of services to operations, including the format of the Servicenow tool and preparing the process before starting services.


* Contributing to the development and evaluation of the project’s outputs related to the information technology support model. Conducting comprehensive reviews to evaluate quality and alignment with organizational standards, and to recommend approvals as necessary.


* Developing new templates and/or developing templates related to the current transitional planning to support service readiness and operating continuity, including the basic elements associated with contractual obligations to the service provider and ITIL operations.


* Training project managers and analysts on documentation requirements to improve clarity and consistency.


Service level management:


* Providing driving in preparing the level of service level and measuring the performance of the service provider, which guarantees the accuracy of the sellers reports and reflects the actual performance.


* Monitor the performance of the service for goals to ensure compliance with the level of service and determining directions and service


Level violations.


* Management, documentation, maintenance of definition and standards of service level.


* Review, revision and update of the service level documents in line with the seller’s contract changes, which guarantees this


The effectiveness of providing service and contractual compliance.


* Facilitating performance review discussions with service providers to determine the viable fields and target leadership


Improved initiatives that enhance the quality of service and align them with contractual expectations.


* Track and monitor the continuous service improvement initiatives and treatment plans, and to ensure progress,


Accountability and measurable results.

* Management of the life licensing course from start to finish for the Department of Services Management and Systems Systems Solutions.


Including acquisition, renewal, tracking and compliance with the contractual conditions. Partnership with purchases and other stakeholders to align the license with operational goals and budget goals.


* Preparing and maintaining training materials and conducting training related to measuring the level of service and completing the elements of transitional planning


* Performing duties of a secondary nature related to the above duties that do not affect the evaluation of the job.


Qualifications:


* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or its equivalent.


* More than 7 years of experience in managing information technology services, including at least 5 years in service operations (support/


Sustainability) and 3 years of ITIL direct practice (such as accident management, problems and service level).


* A deep understanding of the E2E ITIL service operations and sellers performance management.


* Experience installed in sustainability / support for E2E technology and service management tools (Servicenow).


* Advanced skills in analyzes, reports preparation, Excel, Power BI, Visio, Power Point and Word


* Effective communication with strong offer, facilitation and skills of dealing with others.


* Experience in supervising programs licenses, budget preparation and financial planning is one of the assets

Definitions of the role of a flexible business model




The four types of roles we have determined the degree of flexibility that the employee can have to work from home based on the type of work he does. Flexibility in the individual job is left to the manager for each position and employment requirements. Employees are also entitled to work full -time from the office if they prefer it.
