What will you do – basic jobs

The senior lawyer provides strategic legal guidance and support for the multi -state healthcare organization. This role will focus on organizational compliance with health care, complex contract, fraud, waste and ill -treatment (FWA) to mitigate the risks and legal issues related to privacy. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership of federal health care laws and state governments, including the AKS Acts (AKS), the blatant law, and the Civil Monetary Penal Code (CMP), and to bring experience in structuring the legally compatible health care arrangements. This position plays a decisive role in managing legal risks through commercial trade, providers and sellers and ensuring compliance with the requirements of the federal health care program and applicable privacy systems, including HIPAA. This role will also serve as a major legal advisor for commercial teams, focusing on supporting strategic partnerships, value -based arrangements, and sellers integration. The ideal candidate brings the referee, the experience of transactions, and the initiatives to support comfort in developing early stage.

• 
  Organizational and legal compliance:
  • Providing a legal advisor on multi -state health care regulations, including HIPAA laws, fraud and abuse laws (AKS, Stark, CMP), and licensing standards.
  • Providing advice on organizational risks, compliance programs to support, and directing the development of products and care in the early stage through organizational analysis.

  Contracting with health care: Drafting, negotiation and review of various health care agreements while advising advice on compatible care models and supporting organizational alignment in proposals and sales materials.

  Privacy and data protection: Providing a strategic advisor on HIPAA and Hitech laws and state privacy, and partnership with compliance teams for risk management, scrutiny and organizational inquiries.

• Required qualifications

• Work conditions:
  • The work is carried out from the home with the equipment provided by the company. It is expected to sit for long periods of time and use fingers and hands for writing necessary.
  • Quiet work space with minimal background noise for calls.
  • High speed internet (cable or optical fiber) with a minimum of 20MB download speed, download speed of 5 Mbps, and the maximum of 100 mm patients (must be installed before starting).
