Role summary

The manager, contract management, is the commander of the contract management team, and supervises all aspects of contract management and payment operations for Walt Disney Picters, studios of the twentieth century, and Searchlight Pictures, Walt Disney Mobile Studios. This role provides reports to the Deputy Senior Adviser, Legal and Administrative Production and Operations.

The contract management team runs contracts, facilitates development payments, and the paths that produce comprehensive deals and end deals, and ensures that our book, our managers, our producers, and the laws of rights are paid in a timely manner and correctly according to their contracts and all the requirements of the union and the union. Responsibilities
• Contract analysis – Reviewing talent agreements to determine the rights and financial obligations, summarize the main conditions, conduct rights research, and establish reports as needed.
• Payments and Contract Management – Stay on borders on salary lists, union rules and tax rules; Providing advice for business and legal affairs regarding compliance; Coordination with external actors; Treating support from development through production; And managing work tasks/abandoning deterioration.

• Leading the team and strategic planning – leadership and development of a team of contract managers, providing strategic control, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and improving the leadership process to support the work goals.

Basic qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 8-10 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or commercial affairs in the entertainment industry.
The minimum 5 years of experience in managing a team
• Knowing the operations of salary statements and the requirements of the union and the applicable union, procedures, terms, policies and standards.
• Analytical skills, organizing, managing time and setting priorities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, multi -task and define final dates and delivery priorities.

The recruitment range for this position in Burbank, CA 124,900.00 dollars ranges to 167,500.00 dollars per year.
