International admission official at the University of Greenwich

Contract type: Fixed period – August 2026

The international office within the awareness, employment and acceptance team seeks to appoint a full -time international admission employee, to support the ambitious international employment goals. This role will be responsible for evaluating the applications submitted to the International Bureau of Admission at the university, according to international admission standards. Full training will be provided.

Within this role, you will communicate with the applicants as a first calling point through the inquiries channels, and will provide continuous information and support regarding the request, and you will be responsible for providing effective customer service for applicants and potential, whether for those who apply directly to the university, or through our agent partners.

It will provide a full range of administrative support for the broader international office team and will work closely with colleagues through the university’s colleges and directorates to support the achievement of international employment goals at the university. You will commit to providing a good customer service and you will have experience in working flexibly in a crowded team environment with pressure to meet the internal and external deadlines.
