About the Prosperity Protocol

Role overview

We are based on Ecological growth growth To lead acquisition, activation and conversion across Thrive partner ecosystems. This is a combination of growth marketing, sales enablement, and developer relations – perfect for someone who thrives on results, relationships, and storytelling.

Your goal is to help more builders discover prosperity, understand its value, and secure financing for their projects. You will partner directly with high-potential teams, running awareness and activation campaigns, and owning the funnel from first contact to successful funding.

This is not a technical role at Devrel—it’s a growth-focused position, one that blends communication, persuasion, and strategic execution.

What will you do?

Acquisition and activation process

  • Design and implement awareness campaigns to engage builders via Discord, Telegram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn and EcoSystem.
  • Qualifies inbound interest and proactively identifies high-potential projects for Thrive funding programs.
  • Run AMAS, Twitter spaces and live sessions to engage communities and raise awareness.
  • Take 20 to 40 calls per week guiding builders through the application process and turning interest into successful offers.

Growth and transformation

  • Drive the strategy of converting your best people—from engagement to application to approval.
  • Create compelling materials (decks, messaging, short form content) that clearly communicate Thrive’s value.
  • Apply a consultative sales approach – listening first, advising second, with a clear close.
  • Continuously test and improve messaging, communication, and building tactics.

Environmental cooperation and partner cooperation

  • Collaborate with Thrive’s BD, Marketing and Product teams to plan and execute ecosystem-specific growth campaigns.
  • Partner with protocols like Hedera, Polygon, and Apechain on co-marketing, Onboarding, and Builder support.
  • Relay ecosystem feedback to internal teams to improve build experience and product alignment.

Performance tracking and iteration

  • Track key funnel metrics (building leads, submissions, approvals, conversion rates).
  • Diagnose dips and suggest data-driven solutions to improve conversion and retention.
  • Refine and scale Thrive Playbook Playbook across ecosystems.

Who are you

  • 3-6 years of experience in growth, sales, partnerships, or ecosystem development (preferably in Web3 or SaaS).
  • Deep familiarity with Web3 ecosystems, developer communities, and funding programs.
  • Skilled communicator and relationship builder who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven track record of generating and converting high-quality leads through multi-channel outreach.
  • Strong organizational skills and interest – able to manage many relationships simultaneously.
  • Self-centered with a builder mindset: proactive, adaptable, and motivated by measurable results.

Bonus points

  • Previous experience in Devrel, Accelerator programs, or grant funding processes.
  • Experience running community activations, content campaigns, or building on-boarding initiatives.
  • Familiarity with growth tools, CRM systems, and Onchain analytics platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with ecosystem partners across multiple L1/L2S.
