Role:

ERP Systems – Finance will work cooperatively with other business areas to support the financing team in various initiatives that guarantee current systems management, maintain data integration, and to lead and implement new tools. This role will lead to automation and to make financing improvements

This situation provides reports to the accounting manager within the corporate financing function.

Job responsibilities:

• Main financing role for new systems projects that affect financial reports, accounting, taxes and/or treasury
• Cooperative work with it, other functional fields and/or external sellers to determine the requirements of work, review the initial process and program designs; Support system applications and promotions, including integration and report requirements
• Cooperation with multi -functional teams, including financing, information technology, business, internal and external auditors, to meet work needs and contribute to comprehensive efficiency and the effectiveness of financial reports operations.
• Coordination and implementation of tests related to systems changes, including system promotions, spots and changes in integration with the system.
• Providing continuous support to financial systems and cooperation in supporting any other systems that affect the financial statements
• Working with the financing/accounting team to determine incompetence and develop strategies with internal and/or external partners to automate the current manual financing operations
• Ensuring the integrity of the financial systems data for reporting and compliance with standards
• Establishing project business cases to analyze operations, identify the project scope, identify resources, budget, time tables and document deliveries at/if necessary
• Establishing and maintaining detailed documents for financing, system requirements, configurations, ensuring transparency and transferring knowledge to small and medium -sized companies and other financial members as required
• Providing training, support for final users on system functions related to financing/accounting operations, enhancing understanding and efficiency

Job qualifications:

• 5+ years of financial systems management, including current ERP implementation or upgrade or other financial solutions to improve operations.
• Technical – a strong understanding of the basics and technology systems, including network, devices, and systems management and development.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, accounting information systems, business or financing/accounting
• A strong understanding of the requirements of reporting international standards to prepare financial reports. CPA or work to assign CPA one of the assets.
• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial operations and systems that affect financial statements and basic accounting entries
• A strong experience with ERP applications of 1st level, preferably Infor LN
• Very advanced problem solving skills with exceptional capacity with Microsoft Excel. Efficiency in Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint is useful.
• A strong ability to build confidence and influence others. Communication clearly and briefly with technical and non -artistic masses.
• The mentality of teamwork – the ability to successfully interact with individuals inside and outside the organization.
• It has an initiative and capable of setting the priorities of the final dates and meeting.
• The ability to work effectively with/administration of external consultants

• The ability to deal with multiple projects in a fast -changing and variable environment
