We are looking for proactive project manager To support our clients’ priorities and guide projects smoothly from start to finish. In this role, you will act as a vital liaison between our design and development teams and our customers to ensure deliverables align with expectations and communication remains clear and consistent.

You will manage several projects simultaneouslyoften across different stages from early discovery to final delivery and post-launch support. That’s why we’re looking for someone who is adaptable, comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-project environment, and has the confidence to switch between tasks, teams, and priorities with ease.

What will you do?

Share the project

  • Join projects at different stages from start to finish and take on different responsibilities depending on the team setup.
  • Your role will vary depending on the project configuration:
    • on Development projects onlyyou will have full ownership of timelines, scope, communication and delivery ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
    • on Design + development projectsyou will share part of the planning and review responsibilities with the design lead, but will remain fully responsible for customer communication, task boards, and development workflow.
    • on Design projects onlyThe structure is similar to hybrid structures where you will collaborate closely with the design lead, while remaining responsible for external communications and overall process clarity.
  • Confidently manage multiple projects or clients simultaneously with a calm, independent mindset.
  • Be fully aware of each project’s context, objectives and constraints while maintaining high visibility without compromising the independence of specialists and team leaders.

Project preparation and management

  • Set up and maintain internal workflow and documentation (usually in Notion), including:
    • Epics, task structures, and dependencies.
    • Toggle tracking and reporting.
    • Billing schedules and reconciliation of recorded hours.
  • Lead the onboarding process for both clients and internal team members both at project inception and during the transition to a new phase – ensuring clarity, alignment and a smooth start
  • Ensure that all stakeholders clearly understand their roles, responsibilities, goals and workflow from day one.

Communications and delivery

  • Act as a key communication bridge between the client and the internal team, ensuring alignment on priorities, scope and deliverables at every stage.
  • Delivery support via:
    • Divide and prioritize tasks independently or in collaboration with team leaders
    • Conduct regular check-ins to keep the team aligned and unblocked.
    • Lead customer-facing meetings, demos, and discovery sessions – including setup and follow-up.
    • Confidently present and present progress or results alongside design and development teams.

Reporting and quality control

  • Track project performance and timelines through internal documentation (Notion, Google Sheets) and weekly workload reports.
  • Provide structured weekly updates to internal leadership – covering capabilities, critical progress, risks and budget alignment.
  • Ensure that all deliverables meet customer expectations, project objectives and quality standards.
  • Work closely with the team to finalize scopes, reconcile hours, close invoices and ensure alignment with original estimates.

What is required?

Experience and background

  • 2+ years in a similar project management role, ideally in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Practical experience working with both design and Development teams -You understand the dynamics of creative and technical workflows and know how to juggle them effectively.
  • Management ability Multiple short and Mid-term Projects In parallel, across different stages and scopes.

Communication and collaboration

  • Excellent communication skills – Written and spoken – with the confidence to lead customer calls, internal synchronizations and presentations.
  • At least upper intermediate English (B2+) To work comfortably with international clients and teams. *Please note that one stage of the interview will include a conversation with a native English speaker to assess your communication skills in a real context.

  • Mastery in Project management tools Such as Notion, Linear, Jira, Google Office or similar.
