About the school/service

The ACI and ACE Schools have a range of artistic and creative academic courses and related research supported by artistic collections. Students on courses and staff leading courses come into contact with artistic resources that are essential for their courses, exhibitions and research. There are regular exhibitions of work used to promote the university as well as assessment.

About the job

We are seeking an intelligent and experienced Technical Group Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be primarily tasked with leading and working in the music and performing arts group, equipment management and related art shops across the ACI (Arts & Creative Industries) and ACE (Architecture, Computing and Engineering) industries as well as advising and supporting students and staff with appropriate technology applications for courses, research and exhibitions.

About you

This position requires excellent organizational and management skills, as well as a background in technical production within the creative and technical industries to ensure the smooth operation of equipment stores.
