Wagner College, a member of the first section of the Northeast Conference, calls for applications to the sports director of sports medicine / president of the sports coach. The college’s sports program includes more than 550 sports students and sponsors 27 sport. This position will submit his reports directly to the athletics manager, and will be responsible for developing, organizing and managing the sports medicine program, including a team of assistant sports coaches. This situation will monitor all injury reports, rehabilitation and progress plans. Other duties are appointed. A master’s degree from a university accredited in sports training or the field of related study is needed. It is necessary to obtain a sports training certificate by the National Association of Sports Coaches – Accreditation Council and Sports Training Licensing for the State of New York, in addition to experience of not less than two years as an accredited sports coach in a group environment.
