Crimeonline is looking for a talented video editor interested in details to join our team on a part -time temporary basis to produce “crime stories with Nancy Grace”. The successful candidate will be responsible for editing and assembling the daily daily crime news program that is in line with the vision of the host and executive producer (EP), Nancy Grace. This role requires a creative individual with an eager view of the details and the ability to work efficiently under pressure to fulfill the narrow final dates. In addition, the video editor will be responsible for delivering the final offer to our distribution partners.

A snapshot of your responsibilities
• Editing and assembling the registered footage to create a coherent and attractive daily news program for “crime stories with Nancy Grace”.
• Close cooperation with Nancy Grace and EP to ensure the final product match with their vision.
• Pruning videos to suit time restrictions while keeping the narration flow.
• The sequence of clips into a creative and logical narration that enhances the story of stories.
• Add graphics, special effects and visual elements to complete the host’s conversation and enhance viewers ’participation.
• Timely delivery guarantee for the final display of distribution partners.

What you will need
• ADOBE Premiere Pro.
• The ability to work with various operating systems.
• A strong eye for details and creativity.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to work under pressure and fulfill the narrow final dates.
Excellent communication skills for effective cooperation with team members.
• A strong understanding of editorial news content, especially in this type of crime, and the ability to translate it into convincing video stories.

According to the requirements for disclosure of government and local wages, the rate / scope of this role, with the final offer amount that depends on education, skills, experience, and location is 33.75-43.75 USD.
