We are looking for Implementation engineer To help our customers implement and configure Shiphawk Warehouse Management System (WMS).
This role combines system configuration, business process analysis, and user support during and after implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements related to warehousing, packaging and shipping.
• Configure and integrate Shiphawk WMS To align with customers’ business processes.
• Identify system gaps and provide detailed feedback to the development team.
• Recommend process improvement to increase customer efficiency.
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Set up the system configuration for go-live Assist in customer training.
• Manage the transition from implementation to ongoing customer support.

Qualifications

• Implementation and/or support experience WMS Or other supply chain execution systems.
• Practical training WMS Experience is required.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with a customer first approach.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• English – C1 level.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing warehouse, shipping or logistics platforms.
• Familiarity with Oracle Netsuite or acumatica.
• Work knowledge HTML, CSS, APIs (Postman), JavaScript, or SQL.
