Aside from the position holder, the museum is staffed by a director, who is always a university teaching staff member, a curator, and a part-time education and outreach coordinator, supported by graduate student observers appointed as needed. It is a founding member of the UCM Consortium (University of Cambridge Museums: https://www.museums.cam.ac.uk/), who together receive funding from Arts Council England as the national portfolio organisation. More information about the Museum of Classical Antiquities is available at http://www.classics.cam.ac.uk/museum/ The Faculty of Classics, which is one of the largest centers of classical studies in the world, was the highest rated Classics department in the 2014 REF.
