Job requirements:

Ideal candidates will have 3 years of experience in the construction law with transactions and/or litigation, including experience in work letters, other contract models and other project documentation,/or disputes that involve construction and design defects, delay and acceleration demands, additional work demands, and mechanical privileges. EPC Experience is plus, but it is not required.

The qualified candidates will have a strong academic performance in the Faculty of Law, strong personal skills, writing and analytical, attention to details, desire and initiative from “seizing” work and profession. Candidates should be in a good position with a state bar.

Summary of practice:

Greenberg TRARIG’s construction law helps customers from initial planning for perception and delivery of the construction project, through purchases and bidding, in negotiation and drafting contracts, during construction, to the closure of the project and dispute resolution. Our experience is our experience at a diverse customer base, which includes developers, public and private owners, designers, consultants, general contractors, construction directors, subcontractors, suppliers, noise, insurance companies and lenders. Our lawyers are recognized locally and nationally as leaders in the field of construction law and the majority of our building lawyer only exercise the building law, either transactions or arbitration and litigation.

215,000 dollars to 400,000 dollars per year

Actual wages will be modified based on the expertise, location and other factors related to the functions permitted by the law. Full -time employees may be qualified to obtain a discretionary reward, health insurance with HSA optional, short -term disability, long -term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, health care, flexible spending care, 401K, leave, illness time, and staff assistance program.
