We are pleased to announce an invitation to the Physical Science Research Council (ESRC) after the doctorate, a prominent scheme aimed at preserving the best doctorate researchers whose doctoral studies were partially or fully funded by EPSRC. The University of Exter will finance up to 4 fellowships for a maximum of 5 months to support you, as a distinguished researcher, in developing your research activities after the end of the doctorate. This fellowship is designed to be your first step towards an independent research profession.

You are asked to write a search suggestion for the search as part of the application. Projects are welcomed in any field of research under Epsrc Remit. You can use the fellowship to:

• Doing a new new job;
• Full major publications resulting from your doctorate;
• Development of search networks; and
• Facilitate the transfer of knowledge.

We also encourage applications on this scheme where support will be provided in your independence and research of your outputs in the following stages of the influence pipeline, for example: Proof of concept projects and marketing and verifying the health of the market and activities targeting policy, business and third sector.

The applicants are expected to explain how they will enable them a post -PhD award to achieve one or more of the following goals to support the next stage of their career:

• The main public posts resulting from a PhD;
• Development of search networks;
• Facilitate the transfer of knowledge;
• Based on cooperation with industry or other research partners
• Do a small pilot search or concept proof research, which leads to a fellowship or a later grant

We will also encourage applications on the plan in which support will achieve independence outputs and research in the following stages of the influence pipeline, for example: proving concepts projects, marketing, and verifying the health of the market and activities targeting politics, business and third sector.

The projects will be within the jurisdiction of EPSRC and will appear compatible with the mission of the UK government to create economic growth. 9, please mark the indication that you may accept that there may be additional monitoring associated with this funding. Epsrc will keep this fit.

Civil; The application and evaluation process

Candidates for PhD studies at the United Kingdom Foundation must be funded by EPSRC in the form of a salary and/or fees in order to be eligible to obtain an ESRC. Those who are funded by other research councils are not qualified. The award aims to support candidates committed to staying in academic circles, allowing promising research to develop in new directions. Consequently, the gap between the end of the doctoral project or the English and the start of the doctorate award should not be more than 9 months.

The successful applicant will be able to develop research objectives, projects and proposals; Defining research financing sources, contributing to the process of providing funds and submitting presentations in conferences and other events.
