We are looking for a great lecturer in the fictional creativity to join the creative writing team at Bath Spa University. Unpleasant creativity is a major growth field within our creative writing offer, so we are keen to employ an enthusiastic person for this field from this sector and who will bring his knowledge and experience in industry as a firm author of teaching and research.

(This is the role of a part -time contract, 24 months)

About the role

Within this role, you will design and provide teaching and evaluation on the MA Nature and Travel Crinting program in addition to contributing to university teaching and short courses in creative writing. The role will include the management of units and assessments through the virtual learning environment for the university and participate in major activities such as students’ employment and open days.

You will also lead in curricula and program development in creative imagination. As part of our creative writing community, you will participate in related research and scientific activity to support the university’s research strategy, contribute to internal and external networks, and build fruitful relationships with external partners.

You will also oversee colleagues, direct them with less experience and advise their personal development.

About you

• The experience of learning at the university level, teaching and evaluation in creative writing, including the leadership of the stereotype
• Publishing record in non -fictional creativity.
• Knowledge and experience in the non -imaginary creative market/market
• Curricula design experience
• Related and experience research degree
• Attention to educational innovation and work with external partners
• The program/driving training course
• Program design/development experience
• Understanding QA and landscapes in terms of creative writing.

Additional information

AC3A degree salary – starting from 24,411 pounds to 28,268 pounds annually, Pro Rata 48,823 pounds – 56,536 pounds sterling

The salary range shows the possible maximum wage in addition to any annual inflationary increase in your salary. Please note that our virtual position is to be appointed to the minimum range of the range, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Special circumstances

• Applicants who have experience in teaching less than five years in higher education will be asked for at least 0.8FTE or the equivalent of those who do not have education and learning in the higher education certificate approved by the Higher Education Academy (Hea) or Hea to complete the graduate certificate approved in the Higher Education course during the first two years of employment.
• Applicants who have more than five years of experience in higher education will be asked for at least 0.8FTE or the equivalent of those who do not have educational and learn in a higher education certificate approved by the Higher Education Academy or Hea to adopt their practice through the process of submitting the HEA status during the test period for a period of 6 months.
