Have you ever had a bad situation about something and know it completely, but it doesn’t seem to help him? I am the worst patient when it comes to all laboratories, tests and dates that the health care community insists we need. I have a talisman “If I am sick, my body will tell me.” (Don’t be like me.)

I was dealing with something for two and a half years that made me constantly abandon my throat, cough, and voice loss. Finally I had enough and decided to make an appointment. But first, I had to find a doctor because I had no nature. My new doctor had a lot of questions for me. When was the last X -ray breast? never. Colonoscopy? never. Bone density examination? never. Influenza snapshot? Oh ha, 2017 !! I felt that I finally got an answer in the test. As you may guess, I entered a throat problem and went out with a set of upcoming dates.

The dreaded mammogram arrived, and I prayed when I was withdrawn to the parking lot. “Please do not let this hurt. Please don’t let them find anything frightening. Please do not let me be a chicken goddess.” Money for nothing By bitter Straights came on my XM radio. Since I was early, I sat there waiting for the best part of the song. The part that I cannot listen to without shaking my head, which I did. He gave me a note, “Let’s do this!” When I got out of the car.

“I see this is the first X -ray breast photography. You know all the horror stories that you heard? It is real.”

These were the first words of the mouth of technology while entering the filming room wearing the dress of the cotton hospital. I laughed, as I knew.

Breast imaging was not the same X -ray like Bad as I imagined. The worst part was located. I thought I would be the person who was doing it. It was only 14 minutes From the time I was stopped until the time I went back to my car. I was afraid, worried about it, and building it in my mind … and it ended in a flash. I felt slightly ridiculous when I left. But I still feel that I deserve cakes.

And the problem of the throat? It was found that it was allergic. I was kicking myself not to go a lot, sooner. Singulair medical prescription has made all the difference. I could have saved myself years of moving the embarrassing episodes if I dealt with it face to face.

Some things are easy to postpone. We are just no Want To deal with them. It can be a minor, such as replacing the light bulb or responding to the messages. It can be a healthy examination. Or it may be a difficult conversation with a member of his family or a recognition of the problem of sin. Ironically, the weight of non -dealing with it ends with it until it is more cushion than taking the five minutes to take care of it.

It is often just a matter of inconvenience or inconvenience. But even if all that must be treated is painful, relief, peace, or the clear conscience that follows it is worth it!
