About the role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Director of the executive facility For our operations Lagos/Southwest. This role is dedicated to a proactive professionalism that understands the unique dynamics of managing regional facilities and operations. It will work closely with the progress of business to ensure the delivery of the smooth project, support for growth, customer relationship management, and help lead an excited team to achieve the strategic goals of the company within the region.

Main responsibilities

1. Supporting business leadership in managing regional teams to ensure compatibility with the company’s policies and strategic goals.
2. Pay service to provide services, customer relationships and regional business growth.
3. Supervising compliance with the standards of the facility management, safety policies and approved maintenance practices.
4. Monitor budgets and city receivables and perform the contract to ensure efficiency and profitability.
5. Conducting audit operations, ensuring quality guarantee, and escalating problems of non -compliance when necessary.
6. Website supervisors and guides, providing training in operations and best practices.
7. Preparing periodic reports, managing customer notes, and implementing improvement initiatives.
8. Support asset management, sustainability and business planning.

What we are looking for

1. B.eng./b.sc. In engineering (electrical, mechanical, civil), real estate management or facility management.
2. Advanced qualifications such as Master of Business Administration/Master are an advantage.
3. Professional certificates such as:
4. Audit auditor certificates/ISO LEAD (ISO 41001 – Establishment Management; ISO 45001 – Professional Health and Safety; ISO 14001 – Environmental Management; ISO 9001 – Quality Management).
5. Facility management certificates in at least one of the following: CFM, FMP, PROFM, IWFM (UK), ICS.
6. Related certificates such as Coren, Niesv, NSE and RICS.
7. HSE qualifications (for example, NEBOSH, iOSH) are very desirable.
8. From 8 to 10 years of similar experience in the real estate management company or the facility.
9. Its headquarters in Lagos, with the elasticity of travel across the southwestern region.
10. Fluency in Europa is an advantage.
11. Strong driving, guidance, and training skills.
12. Experience in sales and marketing.
