As a cloud specialist, you are the first point of communication for potential customers looking to help social security disability (SSD) and/or help social security income (SSI). In the communication center environment, you will direct potential customers with an examination (sorting) to determine the SSD/SSI eligibility and if it is qualified, invite them to become a customer. Customers will help finish initial applications as well as additions and updates to present them to the Social Security Department.

In this role it will:

• Build the customer’s primary relationship and confidence in our company with every possible customer interaction
• Make calls daily in a professional internal/external contact center environment
• Register 4 new cases per day
• It is expected to achieve the goals of occupancy and commitment
• It is expected to maintain the minimum quality of the call by 90 %
• Building the constant relationship of the customer and confidence in our company with every customer interaction, with the proactive communication of customers to ensure the preservation of the relationship
• Solve problems and maintain confidentiality
• Keep updated records and detailed documentation of customer interactions, fears and complaints in a database without paper database
• Use a good judgment to distinguish issues that may be urgent and need the attention of managers or managers immediately
