Remote Business Development Director, Law Office and Insurance (Remote) at Crowdstrike, Inc.

About the role:

As the director of business development within our American team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the referral partnerships of Crowdstrike within the Lawyer and Insurance Office. A successful candidate has commercial acumen, strong consultations, negotiating skills, current technical skills, strong understanding of risks and cyber solutions, strong relations in the supported sectors, and familiarity with the main partners who will perform Crowdstrike revenues. It should be very results, the partner, technological cunning, and innovative in building internal relations and external partnerships.

What will you do:

  • Development and implementation of business development strategies and initiatives to achieve referral revenues for the region

  • Determine and involve potential referral partners to develop Crowdstrike Products and Services

  • Educating partners about our services offers, accident response capabilities and total value

  • Development and leadership of product sales programs through partner channels while supporting the incoming product referrals

  • Create a contractual framework with partners to facilitate referral links for both products and services

  • Support partners on individual posts that are referred and coordinated internally to ensure delivery of the highest level of service

  • Conducting business reviews with the current partners to evaluate the previous performance of the period and the partner’s satisfaction, identifying the potential of new works, proving commitment and strategy to move forward

  • Developing and leading new job opportunities, independently and cooperatively

  • Maintaining existing and new executive relations within the partner ecosystem

  • Predicting the accuracy of the goals and results of the work based on the in -depth knowledge of the partner ecosystem, referral opportunities and any specific restrictions

What you will need:

  • The experience of working with and/or partnership with law firms, insurance companies and family expertise in these verticals is a feature (for example, cyber law, work as cyberspace insurance or as a manager of an online office/requests)

  • A strong understanding of cybersecurity, Internet risk, and competitive offers on the market

  • IFAT with targeted cyber security attacks and the accident

  • Self -motivated and excellent organizational skills

  • Skills for building relationships and emotional negotiations

  • Speech and written skills and excellent presentation

  • The ability to create and submit value proposals

  • The ability to determine and influence the main decision makers

  • The ability to succeed in the business development environment that relies on classes

  • It is able to close the partner’s chances, accountability, and the success of the relationship

  • Efficiency to understand how to solve products and technological solutions to work problems

  • The ability to explain the complex concepts of a variety of masses and skill levels
