Do you look forward to providing an outstanding information technology service office phone and email support for users?


If the answer is yes, and you are excited to work under direct supervision with some length lines to practice independent government with user support in providing computer support services and problem -solving services for the institution, we are looking to join our information services assistance team.


Additional IT office provides this individual support, phone and email to users; Desktop devices, relevant equipment programs and installation, promotions, movements, changes and exploring and repairing errors. It will work as a reference point for other employees by answering questions, documenting and documenting work methods and procedures. It will also provide audio visual services for council meetings, public listening sessions, etc. in some evenings.


You can think logically and analytically in the problem -solving environment and you have the ability to perform under pressure while fulfilling the final dates that were identified according to the company’s priorities. The experience of providing superior customer service through clear communication and listening skills is a must. Work is working in an ITSM ITIL service environment. Academic and practical knowledge of computers, computer programming, applications, networks and support in the IT environment.


Our successful candidate will have completed a two -year certificate program in computer technology or relevant discipline at a technical institute or a community college, in addition to great knowledge of the management of IT services and the ITIL framework. Driving Class 5 BC.


Delta provides a competitive salary of $ 37.20 – $ 43.78 (suitable for experience) in addition to 12 % instead of holiday leave, benefits, and legal holidays.
