The PhD program in Booconi University Business and Administration is looking for applicants who have exceptional academic accreditation and car to Excel in scientific research.

Our doctorate is a 4 -year -long program that offers training in a variety of specializations related to administrative studies and emphasizes the skills necessary to integrate various methods and develop coherent and advanced research. We offer a cooperative, supportive and intellectual research environment to discover and publish scientific knowledge applied to the business community. Students will develop the theoretical and methodological skills required to participate and publish in the highest standards of the international scientific community.

Our doctoral program includes curricula, management and marketing (students choose one curriculum when applying). In the first year, our students acquire a wide range of theoretical and methodological skills related to various fields in administrative studies through a series of joint compulsory courses, attending their curriculum training courses, and starting to develop their own research. In the second and third years, our students will attend a series of optional courses and continue to develop their research works. Starting in the second year, students will search intensively and develop their theses.

Faculty members lead scientists in their fields. It contributes to the international debate through publishing in the fields of research magazines for editing and its service, such as: the Academy of Administration, Strategic Management Magazine, Organization Science, Management Science, Administration Review Academy, Marketing Magazine, Marketing Research Magazine, Consumer Research Magazine, Marketing Sciences, and many others. Visitor professors from senior international schools complete our permanent faculty members.

Our students have put well in the international labor market. Modern academic places include: Insead, Singapore National University, Warton, University of Tsinghua, North Eston University, Telepurg University, Em Leon, LMU Munich, University of California in Dublin, University of Erasmus Rotterdam, Heck Paris, Empire College, Catolica Lesbon, Zurich Elimination, University of Amsterdam, among other things.

Qualifications:

Applications can be submitted by candidates for any nationality:

• Complete or complete their higher studies
• You have at least the B2 level (CEFR)

A doctoral school offers a maximum of 11 places with a doctoral bicycle fellowship and management. Two of them are fully funded by the Tech Eurobe (TEF) and the chosen candidates will conduct research on entrepreneurship and innovation, entrepreneurship financing, startups, fixed strategy and relevant fields.

PhD school also offers two places with the payment of tuition fees of up to 15,000 euros for the year 1, 2 and 5,000 euros for the year 3 and 4.

Application procedure:

To apply for a doctoral program, only online application can be used.

Applications are due for 15 January 2026.

The applicant’s evaluation depends on:

1. Personal curricula: full CV (indispensable)

2. Academic records: A copy of the exams, the issuance of certificates of university grades, the graduate studies granted and the final grade (if any); If the postgraduate program is not completed, the registration document with the full study plan, the exams that were conducted and the degrees achieved (indispensable)

3. The degrees of international graduate acceptance tests: Check the graduate record (GRE) or admission test in the Department of Graduate Studies (GMAT)

4. Statement of the purpose: a short description (a maximum of 1200 words) is one of the motives for the candidate to register for the doctoral program in Bocconi, his research interests and its professional goals (indispensable)

5. Reference messages: up to three reference messages that have been uploaded by the rulers appointed to conduct the application online

At least 60 points out of 100 are required to be eligible for admission to the program.
