We are appointing an office maintenance technician to deal with the main offices of the daily office facility, including small electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and frequency current repairs.

Main responsibilities

Perform a routine examination and maintenance of office buildings, facilities, and fixtures.
Make basic repairs in electricity, plumbing, carpentry and air conditioning systems.
Ensure lighting, sockets, wires and desktop devices in a safe condition.
Support and transfer of office preparation activities (furniture, departments, and cables).
Immediately respond to employee maintenance requests and solve problems efficiently.
Monitor tool stocks, spare parts and maintenance supplies.
