Position summary
This is a mid-level technical position focused on language and accessibility asset creation, retrieval from previous licensees, and asset management. Attention to detail, initiative and follow through are required in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate the creation of foreign dubbing, translation and accessibility files in multiple languages.
• Research and coordinate with distributors and licensees to recover local assets.
• Liaise with various external and internal stakeholders to resolve technical, legal and creative issues during the asset recovery and localization process.
• Research and track local digital assets as needed and record data in digital asset management and internal inventory systems with an emphasis on proper file structure and translation terminology.
• Assist with global translation inquiries to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Liaise with the Data Analyst to submit and approve purchase orders, wire transfers and invoices.
• Updating workflow tracking tools and providing cross-functional support with other team members.
• Perform other related tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications and skills
• 2-3 years of experience working in a localization facility or studio environment.
• 1-2 years of work experience in asset management and knowledge of physical and digital localized asset formats and file types.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in data entry, orders, and deliveries.
• Microsoft Office and proficiency in Excel is a must.
• Experience working with SAP or similar software to process and track payments is beneficial.
• Experience working with digital asset management or file delivery software is a plus.
