We are looking for a main designer, photographing data to join our team and UX. Every day you will make a difference in the lives of others by converting complex data into convincing stories that inspire work. This role is designed and analyzed: you will cooperate with Action Lab (ASU Data and Academic Science and Research Team), Edplus Leadership, and cooperative partners to create information panels, reports, and executive presentations that are insisting as beautiful.

This is not the role of a traditional analyst. Instead, we are looking for storytelling narrators with a design that understands data, knows how to formulate a narration, and can raise ideas to the visual ready -made visual experiences. You will set the standard for best practices in EDPLUS, which leads to creating a design language for the data that will be adopted through the difference. You will also try new ways to deliver data – either through interactive tools, animation or innovative presentation techniques.

Basic duties:

Translate complex data and work requirements into clear and effective visual stories.
-Design information, reports and presentations that affect decisions at the highest levels of the university.
– A partner closely with Action Lab to bring his data to polished visual outputs.
– Develop and maintain the criteria of perception and methods of style that guarantee consistency through tools and outputs.
Create each of the operating information plates (for daily/weekly tracking) and the stories narrative floors (to obtain strategic and leadership updates).
Explore and implement innovative data communication methods, including mobile graphics, interactive information panels, and visual narrative frameworks.
â € ¢ Teacher and direct colleagues in best practices to visualize data and stories.
Work in a quick -footed cooperative environment with transformation priorities.
– Assumes or coordinates other duties or projects as they have been appointed or directed.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and seven (7) years of appropriate experience for the field of mission/field; Or, any equivalent mix of experience and/or training has been achieved knowledge, skills and similar capabilities.

Required qualifications:

Evidence of a bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
– Show a strong basis in design principles (design, printing, color, hierarchy, accessibility).
â € ¢ Experience in working with the executive masses and adapting deliveries to suit the needs of different stakeholders.
– Show efficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and display tools (Keynote, PowerPoint, Figma).
â € ¢ Experience in one or more visualization tools (for example, tableau, Power BI, Loker, D3.js).
– Ideal with HTML, CSS and JavaScript (for example, D3) for dedicated interactive perceptions.
Evidence of excellent communication skills, with the ability to collect complex concepts in clear visual stories.
â € ¢ Experience in higher education, Edtech, or organizations that depend on the task in addition.
