About the role

• As a classmate in salary lists, you will play a vital role in ensuring the treatment of accurate and timely salary statements for employees throughout the institution.
• You will manage salary statements, ensure compliance with legal requirements, support auditing, and cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to provide high standards of accuracy, confidentiality and excellence in service.

Your main responsibilities

• Treating monthly salaries and salary payments, including allowances, litigants and legal contributions.
• Prepare the monthly contrast reports and ensure the depute in time.
• Monthly checks to obtain net negative wage, tax compliance, and legal discounts (NHF, ITF, NSITF, pension).
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws, including 33.3 % rule.
• Supporting internal audits and cooperation with factory sites in matters related to salary companies.
• Partner with banks and human resources teams on chart loans and firefighting tables.
• Time and compliance to attend in cooperation with HRBPS and site managers.
• Maintaining high integrity standards and customer satisfaction in all salary lists.
• Support the reward team with additional responsibilities as needed.

requirements

• You have experience in salary or accounting lists, perfectly in the FMCG sector.
• You are adept at SAP or other ERP systems in Microsoft Excel.
• You have strong analytical and financial analysis skills.
• You are directed towards details, organized, and maintaining strict secrecy.
• You are aware of the Nigerian legal discounts and compliance with the Labor Law.
• You are strong and collaborative, able to work through the difference.
• You flourish in a fast -paced environment and you can manage multiple priorities.
• You are passionate about providing services for accurate salary lists in time and compatible.
