About the role

A post -physical research colleague is available for a distinguished industrial chemist for research in the field of lanthanide and organic chemistry of Actinide. The project will require the design and synthesis of new organic metal complexes F in low oxidation situations, and the study of its electronic structure and its magnetic properties.

About you

The ideal candidate, or should be about to finish, will be a doctorate or equivalent in organic mineral chemistry/artificial coordination. Experience in synthesis and structural description of air -sensitive vehicles (including glove techniques) is necessary. A successful applicant will have experience in the experimental aspects to determine the structure of small molecules through X -ray crystals, from crystal growth to data preparation for publication. The experience of spectral analysis of the nuclear magnetic resonance is useful, and you must have an ideal experience in the creation of recruitment. The successful applicant will also appear in preparation for the measurement of magnetic properties and data analysis techniques associated with them. You should be able to work on your own initiative and lead a small research team consisting of doctoral research students and university students. Thus, excellent communication and organizational skills are needed.
