Responsibilities:
- Provide the designer and other guidance for disabled students, and processing barriers that prevent learning resulting from a specific weakness.
- Supporting students with different cases, including autism spectrum conditions, hyperactivity disorder and attention lack, mental health conditions, communication or organization difficulties, and medical conditions.
- Implementing practical strategies and management techniques to enhance independence and independence.
- Building professional business relationships with a group of students, combining a person’s axis approach with an understanding of their specific condition.
- Enabling students to develop the skills and awareness necessary for successful learning.
requirements:
- An installed experience with disabled students in an educational environment.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of a set of disabilities, including the conditions of autism spectrum, hyperactivity disorder and attention lack, mental health conditions, communication or organization difficulties, and medical conditions.
- He was educated to the Bachelor’s 6 (or higher) level and must be registered with a relevant professional body (such as BACP, HCPC, Swe).
- Strong communication skills to support and communicate students effectively.
- The ability to identify individual needs and support customization accordingly.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management to successfully deal with a group of students.
