About this team and the role:

The performance tools team builds frames and tools that help engineers to measure performance and improve performance through Mozilla products. We are a team distributed in North America and Europe, and supported both the internal Mozilla engineers and the broader web developer community through tools such as Firefox Profiler.

In this role, it will work on the Firefox Profile user interface. This includes implementing interactive performance perceptions, dealing with extensive performance data efficiently in the browser, and improving the ability to use engineers throughout Mozilla. You will collaborate with systems engineers, browsers and other teams that work to perform.

What will you do:

• Design and develop the components of the modern and interactive user interface for Firefox Profile using Typescript, RECT, REDX and relevant web technologies.

What you will bring:

• 5+ years of experience in JavaScript/Typescript, React, Redux, and the development of the browser -based user interface.
• A strong background in building a complex interactive user interface that efficiently manages large data collections.
• Knowledge of stereotypes, performance tools, and testing.
• Knowing the front end test frameworks (for example, Jest, reaction test library) and best practices in maintenance user interface codes.
• Strong and respected communication skills and the ability to cooperate through engineering teams.
• The work experience with a perception of performance is plus.
• Firefox profiler or Chrome Devtools is plus.
