Professor in Engineering – Done -Perfo -Aircraft and Independent Vehicles at the New Institute of Technology and Engineering (NMITE)

Who are we?
NMITE is a pioneering provider in the field of higher education in the UK, established to rethink engineering and technological education. The defensive industrial strategy of the UK government calls for urgent measures to build skills and capabilities in drone technologies and independent technologies. NMITE responds to this moment by creating the first university degree in the UK in drone and independent car engineering – and we are looking for a professor / program leader to achieve this.

Qualifications and experience

- The level of the professor or academics in teaching in drones, space, robots, independent systems, mechatronic or closely related discipline.
- Either PhD
- You will probably keep a professor’s title or approach your career to achieve this position
- Evidence of the leadership of the successful program or a higher responsibility in the academic or industry.
- A strong record of external participation with employers, government or professional networks.
- The ability to teach, inspire and teacher showed at the levels of university stage and graduate studies.
- Commitment to innovation in teaching, inclusiveness and applied effect.

- Related engineer (or an equivalent professional registration).
