The front interface of our application is a web app for Typescript, single, single, mostly written in React. Our mobile phone application is designed using React Native. Our user interface updates in the recent time and benefit from fun techniques such as Websocks, Webrtc and Graphql subs. About the role

As a great engineering engineer, you will work closely with three of the six -functional products development teams. These include CRM, supervisor and junction, conversations, messaging and schedule, automation and integration and Data visions the difference*.

• It will submit a report to our engineering director (front end).

• Help us improve the quality of what we ship, and reduce the amount of errors/slopes.

• Help us test the features during their construction/review, and monitor the recently shipped instructions for potential problems.

• It will focus primarily on a/QA test for behavior that faces the user and create high -quality problems (error reports) based on the user interface test on the web, desktop and mobile surface.

• In addition, you will be tested against our application programming interface and think about ways that our customers may strike problems in their integration or zapier.

• Help us improve how to perform automatic tests (unit, E2E, etc.).

• Help DEV teams find ways to improve their test strategies.

About you

We are looking for an experienced individual to join the team as our second quality assurance engineer. You will have a strong understanding of web technologies and real world user behavior and want to help test and QA and run main features facing the user. You will have the opportunity to drive the road to the quality guarantee front – which helps us to increase the improvement of best practices for testing/quality guarantee and the quality of our products.

You are comfortable to work in a fast -paced environment with a small and talented team. Nearly, you are supported in professional growth efforts. You can manage your time well, communicate effectively and cooperate in a fully distributed team.

• Candidates of 1 and 2 levels should have 4 years experience in testing/quality guarantee for behavior facing the user.

• Candidates at the employee level must have 8 years of experience.

• The medium -level candidates must have about 3 years of similar experience and be keen to raise the level of the appropriate opportunity.

• You have a brain to break things. You are directed towards detail and comprehensive when writing test plans and when opening high -quality errors.

• You are very interested in the quality of the product – not only defects, but the user experience in general.

• You are in the United States of America (less than 48 time regions).
