Main responsibilities
Coordination of the supplier for production inputs:
Communicate with external suppliers to follow the orders of raw materials and the components required for the production of our partner’s production (suppliers), which ensures timely delivery to their facilities.
Monitor the progress of the supplier, confirming the requests, and solving simple issues (for example, delay or contradictions) through proactive communication, or the escalation of complex issues to the organizational teams in management or the use of external sources as needed.
Follow up the production order:
Prepare and send production orders to our manufacturing resource via email, including details such as product identification, quantities and time tables for delivery, as shown in our cooperation agreement.
Track the application progress, confirm acceptance, and ensure the implementation of the implementation with the agreed timelines (usually 8-12 weeks), or connect any changes or delay immediately.
Deportation documents (for example, certificates, product specifications) between the supplier and organizational teams that are used by external sources, to ensure that all parties have necessary information.
Logistics and communication services 3pl:
Form the collection or shipment of the final products from the resource warehouse to the 3PL (Logistics of the Third Perfume) for storage and distribution.
Maintaining regular communication with a 3PL provider to confirm the withdrawal schedules, checking the right occasions and developing signs, and treating any logistical problems (for example, incorrect charges or delay).
Facilitate the transfer of documents (for example, WZ documents, logistics stickers) to 3pl, ensuring compliance with storage and distribution requirements.
Monitor the process and communication:
It is the main contact point between the suppliers, the manufacturing resource, and the 3LPL provider, to ensure the alignment of all parties and the operation of operations smoothly.
Monitoring major attractions (for example, demand mode, completion of production, 3PL, and providing regular updates for internal teams (for example, sales, operations) to support business planning.
Edge issues such as force majeure events, quality fears, or great delays of administration, and time guaranteeing (for example, within 3 days according to the terms of the contract).
Save records and report:
Maintaining accurate records of orders, communications and delivery assurances for the warranty period at least (up to 24 months or validity period).
A report on the efficiency of the process (for example, delivery processes on time, communications bottlenecks) and suggesting improvements to simplifying operations.
Support is the decision to complain through coordination with the supplier and 3pl, securing products for inspection, and transferring information to the organizational teams abroad.
Qualifications and skills
expertise: 2-5 years in the coordination of the supply chain, logistical services, or operations, preferably in cosmetics, perfumes or FMCG industries. Experience in e -commerce or working with 3LPL providers is plus.
Language masteryLiquidation in Polish and English (Both written and verbal) is mandatory to communicate effectively with the international resource and teams based on Poland.
skills: Organizational skills and strong communication, with efficiency in e -mail and primary ERP or request management tools. The ability to manage many stakeholders and follow -up in a proactive manner.
