Springdale Preparatory School seeks a residential life trainer to live and supervise the rise in grades from 6 to 12, who live in the school’s dormitory in the school.

Springdale teachers provide different and worldwide instructions to students in small sizes.

A residential life trainer is responsible for helping to meet individual students ’needs, maintaining the safety and security of the housing, responding to emergency situations, and supporting the academic progress of the student and personal growth.

This position is responsible for overseeing residential housing overnight during the school year and must be prepared to work for the flexible weekend hours and holidays.

The basic functions of the situation include:

• Ensuring the safety and welfare of all students at the school
• Communication regularly with the head of residential life in relation to student behavior, academic or social issues, maintenance needs, observations, or other concerns
• Help students keep their bedrooms clean and common areas
• Helps facilitate residential life/activities sessions
• Help and plan students’ programs and activities
• Complete the reports of residential progress
• Helping to transfer students to medical appointments
• Providing supervision during school events on a large scale
• Providing support and coverage in other students ’housing when needed
• Maintaining the living spaces for the residential coordinator
• Other duties were appointed

The qualified candidates must have the following qualifications and experience:

• The applicants must be ready to live on the campus in a private apartment
• The ability to work on some nights of the week and weekends
• Regular non -commercial driver’s license contract
• You should be able to raise 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Bachelor’s degree in education or relevant fields prefer
• Prefer to experience working with teenage children
• The experience of working in favorite residential life
