Assistant Professor at the London College of Economics and Political Science

Distinguished candidates who examine their basic research Crime and/or criminal justice With my research attention is clear in International social and public policyInvited to apply. Our multidisciplinary department, with anthropologists, criminology, increase, development studies, economics, history, international relations, law, political science, psychology, social policy, and sociology. As a mixed method of methods, we appreciate the diversity of research methodology and knowledge theory.
The candidates will be:
- A complete doctorate degree (or is close to obtaining one) in criminality/criminal justice, international social policy or public policy, or a related field in social sciences by the date of the post -post -start;
- A busy record or path of excellent publications internationally;
- Installed capacity, as evident from current publications, or the ability to publish in higher magazines or with pioneering book publishers;
- A clear, developed and viable strategy for future research in the future that has the ability to lead to leading publications in the world;
- The ability to teach students in the department Master of Criminology and Criminal Justice and MSC and BSC in international social and public policy;
- The ability to work as a secondary supervisor for doctoral students; and
- Commitment to high -quality teaching and strengthening a positive educational environment for students, including pastoral care, as it becomes clear, for example, through teaching quality reviews by colleagues and student reactions.
