Professor of Health and Social Welfare at Queens Belfast University
The Faculty of Nursing and Killings at Queens Belfast University is currently seeking to employ a professor in the field of health and social care.
A successful candidate, at the level of Professor, will have experience in research, teaching and learning in the field of health and social care, and will lead, support and start cooperative research on a variety of projects. PostHolder will provide experience in the field of research, learning and learning related to nursing and minerals, and it is expected to contribute to many research and ability to enhance projects throughout the school / faculty members, and more construction on national and international ties with health care services and social service and / or their families and care providers.
The school is a pioneering center for research and education at the national and international levels. Inside the school, we have three innovative research topics (mother and child health; chronic illness and pleasant care; education and practice), which envelop health research for life from pregnancy to the end of life.
The school provides a set of innovative programs at the level of university and graduate studies, which are nurses, midwives and professionals in the field of health care for leadership roles in clinical care, teaching, management and research. With approximately 3,500 students, the school has one of the most governor of any programs for any nursing and mineral school in the United Kingdom or Ireland.

The successful candidate must have the professor, and your request must clearly explain that you meet the following basic standards:
- The degree of honor.
- Doctorate or its equivalent in the relevant discipline. (For example, nursing, tribe, medicine, pharmacy, public health, psychology, social sciences, health services research, or a related field).
- Experience in: health services and social welfare research related to nursing and dumplings.
- A continuous record of successful successful bids for national or international grants reviewed by the peers or other awards that were reviewed through financing external research review related to the field of experience in the field of health and social care as a major investigator over a sustainable period.
- An international expert recognized in the field of health and social welfare, as evidenced by a busy record, for example, called for presentations in national and international conferences, events, major lectures and public lectures in conferences.
- The research profile that complements the school’s research priorities and contributes to the international file of the school.
- Successful and continuous students ’supervision as a major supervisor is usually at the level of graduate/doctoral studies.
- Student education experience and in the supervision of students at the level of university and/or academic level.
- Evidence for providing a positive contribution to teaching development.
- Design and effective delivery of a wide range of programs or initiatives that support organizational priorities, for example, with regard to EDI, expansion of participation, internationalization, community awareness.
